Own and manage strategic relationships with our most important enterprise customers
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders at the C-level and VP level

Take ownership of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and portfolio growth targets
Play a key role in helping establish NEURA Robotics as a leading global robotics company
4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within technology, SaaS, robotics, automation, or related industries
Proven experience managing and growing strategic customer accounts
Experience driving renewals, upselling, and account expansion initiatives
Familiarity with customer success metrics such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), customer health scores, and adoption tracking
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management capabilities
Experience working with customer health frameworks and structured account management methodologies
Data-driven approach to portfolio management and customer growth strategies
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and execute revenue growth opportunities
