Support the design and further development of the supply chain process landscape

Document processes according to the BPMN methodology using SAP Signavio

Contribute to the definition and setup of process-related key performance indicators (process KPIs)

Create, maintain and further develop reports (e.g. using Power BI)
-
Set up, maintain and administer SharePoint sites and action-tracking tools built with Power Apps

Support project managers with organizational tasks and projects
-
Enrolled in a degree program in (business) informatics, (industrial) engineering or a comparable field

Very good skills in process modelling (e.g. using Visio or SAP Signavio), Power BI, Power Apps and SharePoint are desirable

Strong IT skills, including very confident use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Basic knowledge of and interest in process management

Reliable, structured and independent way of working

Willingness to actively contribute to a motivated team and drive results together

Very good German and English language skills
