Job Overview
As Programme Manager, Field Marketing — DACH, you will own the development of field marketing strategy and the delivery of marketing plans across DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), with accountability for commercial outcomes in the region. Working with the Senior Director, International Marketing, you will set the DACH regional marketing agenda, drive pipeline towards meeting aggressive revenue targets, and serve as the in-region marketing authority for sales leadership and senior stakeholders. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role for an in-region marketing-lead, who is as comfortable advising senior stakeholders whilst rolling up their sleeves for excellent execution.
Drawing on deep knowledge of DACH customers, personas, and market dynamics, you will shape and deliver integrated marketing programmes, generating regional campaigns and localising global ones to ensure maximum regional relevance and impact. You will act as a trusted in-region consultant to sales leadership and senior stakeholders — translating business objectives into marketing plans, providing strategic counsel, and ensuring marketing is a true commercial driver to success.
Based in Germany, you work effectively across functions and geographies, holding yourself and others to a high commercial standard. You are proactive, you use your own initiative and succeed in a fast-paced environment. You communicate with authority and clarity, thrive on ownership and collaboration, and bring credibility and gravitas to influence at every level.
You will work closely with UK and US-based marketing teams, leveraging global capabilities to maximise resources, maintain brand consistency, and ensure DACH Marketing’s impact on commercial goals.
Job Description and Requirements
Effectively p artners with senior stakeholders, sales leadership and the International Marketing Director to own and execute the DACH regional go-to-market strategy, holding accountability for pipeline generation, revenue contribution, and commercial outcomes in market.
Owns, develops, and delivers integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns spanning the full customer journey — from awareness through to pipeline acceleration and retention — with a coherent, locally relevant go-to-market narrative at their core.
Amplifies global marketing initiatives to ensure messaging resonates with DACH audiences, adapting content, channels, and positioning for local relevance.
Drive increased presence in the region ; o wn and be the in-region authority for all DACH events . This include s Relativity branded events in DACH as well as DACH’s presence at RelFest London - leading audience acquisition campaigns, driving registrations and attendance goals, developing conten t for your audience , and building event awareness across the DACH market.
Acts as a senior in-region consultant to DACH sales leadership and key stakeholders — advising on marketing strategy, providing GTM counsel, and ensuring alignment between marketing activities and business priorities .
Serves as a trusted marketing partner to the in-market sales team, keeping them informed of programme plans, campaign updates, and access to promotional materials, and building strong relationships that make marketing an integral part of commercial success.
Competencies & Proficiency Expectations
As a Programme Manager, you will demonstrate strength and leadership in:
Campaign Operations — Execute and optimise campaign mechanics — targeting, channels, and content localisation and translation — to deliver cohesive, locally relevant go-to-market plans.
Event Planning and Strategy — Own regional events end to end, including DACH’s involvement in RelFest London, driving audience acquisition, registrations, and in-region awareness.
Industry & Customer Expertise — Apply deep knowledge of DACH customers, personas, and segments — and the legal technology and data intelligence landscape — to set priorities, inform decision-making, and ensure local market relevance.
Preferred qualifications:
Breadth of experience across events, field marketing, demand generation, content marketing, digital marketing, and partner marketing — with the strategic vision to bring these disciplines together into a coherent regional plan .
Proven ability to engage, influence, and leverage resources cross-functionally, including at senior leadership level
Demonstrable programme management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively, manage competing workstreams, and maintain rigour in a fast-paced environment
