YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You define and maintain validation strategies for wireless network features and system capabilities.

You verify compliance with system requirements, performance targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

You conduct latency, throughput, scalability, and coverage testing to assess overall network performance.

You validate mobility, handover, and inter-radio access technology (IRAT) performance across wireless environments.

You develop test methodologies, validation frameworks, and automation approaches to improve testing efficiency and quality.

You support certification activities, field trials, and customer acceptance testing to ensure technical readiness.

You analyze network performance issues, perform root cause investigations, and provide objective readiness assessments to stakeholders.
THATS YOU
-
Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable technical field

Experience in wireless system testing, network validation, and performance analysis within cellular communication environments

Strong knowledge of 4G LTE, 5G NR, IoT technologies, and wireless network integration

Understanding of public and private mobile network architectures and their operational requirements

Hands-on experience with RF testing, KPI-driven product validation, and network performance benchmarking

Knowledge of wireless protocols, troubleshooting methodologies, and root cause analysis techniques

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
-
Fluent English language skills; German or additional languages are a plus
