SurgeAero is developing next-generation propulsion systems and UAV technologies for the European market. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our daily administrative activities and help ensure our office runs efficiently.
Your Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and support day-to-day office administration.
Manage office supplies and maintain an organized workplace.
Handle incoming mail, shipments, and courier services.
Coordinate meeting rooms and arrange catering when required.
Assist with travel bookings and expense documentation.
Schedule appointments and support calendar management.
Prepare and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Support HR with administrative tasks such as onboarding preparation, document collection, and maintaining employee records.
Coordinate with external service providers, including cleaning, maintenance, and office suppliers.
Provide general administrative support to management and the wider team.
Completed vocational training in office administration, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Friendly, professional, and proactive working style.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and spoken German (C1 or native level).
Good English communication skills (B2 or higher).
