Your responsibilities
Identify automation opportunities across HR processes and translate them into robust workflow and RPA solutions.
Develop, test, and maintain automation workflows using e.g. Workday Iluminate, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, and ServiceNow Flow Designer.
Optimize automations and integrations between Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and Microsoft tools to reduce manual steps and drive accuracy.
Manage multiple automation requests and projects across the full lifecycle — from concept and design to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Engage with HR stakeholders to understand process needs and provide guidance on automation best practices and simplification.
Ensure automation solutions meet enterprise standards for security, stability, and compliance.
Collaborate closely with internal and external developers, IT integration teams, and People AI Solutions Architects to enable seamless cross-platform workflows.
Document workflow logic, interfaces, test cases, and operational procedures.
Contribute to the automation roadmap, help define priorities, and ensure proper resource alignment.
Promote harmonization and standardization of automation approaches across People Services & AI.
