As a Staking Finance & Operations Intern, you will support the staking operations and finance.
team in running and growing our validator and staking infrastructure business.
You will help track staking rewards, reconcile financial data across multiple blockchain
networks, support reporting workflows, and maintain operational processes that keep the
staking business running accurately and at scale.
A key part of this role will be using AI tools to reduce manual work and improve the accuracy
and speed of finance and operations workflows. You will help build lightweight automations,
data pipelines, and reporting tools that make our staking operations more scalable.
- Monitor and reconcile staking rewards
Track, reconcile, and report on staking rewards across multiple Proof-of-Stake networks.
Ensure data is accurate, complete, and reconciled against on-chain records
- Support finance and accounting workflows
Support monthly and quarterly financial close activities including reporting outputs for
internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain staking operations processes
Help maintain, and improve operational processes that underpin the staking business,
including validator management, reward tracking, and reporting.
- Build AI and automation workflows
Use AI tools and automation platforms to reduce manual data handling, build repeatable
reporting workflows, and improve the speed and accuracy of finance and operations
tasks.
- Run data and performance analysis
Support ad hoc data analysis on staking rewards, network performance, protocol
economics, and operational metrics to help inform business and product decisions.
- Research new staking opportunities
Research new Proof-of-Stake networks, staking protocols, and validator economics to
support business development and product decisions.
- You have a basic understanding of crypto and blockchain, particularly Proof-of-Stake
networks, validators, and staking mechanics. You do not need to be an expert, but you
need to be genuinely interested and able to get up to speed quickly.
- You have a foundation in finance, accounting, or operations, whether through studies,
prior work experience, or personal projects. You are comfortable working with financial
data, spreadsheets, and reconciliation tasks.
- You are excited by AI-native ways of working and eager to experiment with tools,
prompts, workflows, and automation techniques to increase output and improve
accuracy.
- You are structured, detail-oriented, and take data quality seriously. You spot errors and
inconsistencies, and you fix them.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and can prioritise effectively when multiple tasks are
competing for your attention.
- You communicate clearly and can summarise complex operational or financial
information in a concise, practical way.
- You are fluent in English. German is a plus.
- Prior experience in crypto, DeFi, staking, finance operations, accounting, AI tooling, or
data workflows is a plus, but not required.
- You will gain hands-on experience in staking operations and crypto-native finance at a
company actively building blockchain infrastructure.
- You will build practical skills in blockchain data, financial reconciliation, reporting, AI
tooling, and operations automation.
- You will gain real exposure to Proof-of-Stake networks, validator economics, and the
institutional crypto infrastructure space.
