Job Title: Application engineer

OverviewWe are looking for a professional and custom-oriented Application engineer to Provide professional technical training to clients, assist them in maximizing the performance and value of the company’s sold machinery and equipment. Serve as a communication bridge between headquarters R&D team and clients,his role allows in-depth engagement in market development and R&D work, enabling direct alignment between customer needs and R&D.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct initial technical training for clients after on-site equipment installation, mainly covering basic knowledge and processing technologies of metal 3D printing.
· Respond to and resolve technical inquiries raised by clients during daily printing operations, focusing primarily on process-related issues.
· Put forward systematic solutions from technical support, production management and skill improvement perspectives for on-site equipment operational problems, and help clients build comprehensive metal 3D printing application capabilities.
· Collect and sort out client demands in segmented industries and equipment usage feedback, and assist the equipment R&D department in optimizing and upgrading equipment performance tailored to industry characteristics.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Metallic Materials, Mechanical Processing, Mold Design or other engineering-related disciplines.
· Proficient in core technical knowledge including principles and process features of PBF technology, material addition and optimization rules, as well as common factors affecting printing results.
· Skilled in operating 3D printing software, including 3D design tools such as UG, ProE, Solidworks and data processing software like Magics, Netfabb, Voxeldance.
· Possess strong communication skills and be able to respond positively to customer feedback.
