A growing security company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to expand its business in Germany. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and increasing sales of security and surveillance solutions in the German market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Germany.
- Build relationships with distributors, system integrators, installers, consultants, and end users.
- Promote and sell security and surveillance solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on projects and tenders.
- Achieve sales targets and support market growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development in the security, CCTV, surveillance, ELV, or low-current industry.
- Strong knowledge of the German market.
- Good network with relevant clients, distributors, consultants, or integrators in Germany.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Germany if required.
Preferred
- Experience with CCTV, IP cameras, NVRs, VMS, analytics, or integrated security solutions.
- Experience in project sales and channel development.
