Ihre Aufgaben
Verantwortung für die nächtliche Sicherheit und das Wohlbefinden der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
Regelmäßige Kontrollgänge durch das Gebäude
Sorgfältige Führung der Pflegedokumentationen
Kommunikation mit Pflegepersonal, Verwaltung und Angehörigen bei Bedarf
Dokumentation von Zwischenfällen, besonderen Vorkommnissen oder technischen Problemen
Wir erwarten
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Pflegebereich
Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen oder in einem Pflegeumfeld wünschenswert
Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und Selbstständigkeit
Einfühlungsvermögen und Sensibilität im Umgang mit unseren Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern
Freude und Stolz an Ihrem Beruf als Pflegefachkraft
