Affiliate Manager – DACH | Full-time | Fully Remote
Samako is scaling, and DACH is one of our biggest growth opportunities. We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to take ownership of our affiliate channel across Germany & Austria and turn strong partnerships into scalable revenue.
In this role, you’ll:
- Build and scale our DACH affiliate program
- Source and onboard creators, publishers, listicle sites & other affiliate partners
- Own outreach, relationship-building and negotiations
- Identify the hooks, formats and content angles that resonate with German-speaking audiences
- Manage affiliate tracking, commissions, payouts and performance
- Discover new networks, tools and partnership opportunities
- Collaborate closely with our Creator Marketing team
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience across creators and/or publishers
- Has strong knowledge of the DACH market
- Speaks native/fluent German and good English
- Understands D2C e-commerce and performance marketing
- Is strong at outreach, negotiation and relationship management
- Has a sharp eye for content and knows what makes partnerships perform
- Is proactive, data-driven and comfortable owning a partner pipeline
