Westfalia Fruit is seeking two experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultants on an interim basis to cover (1) Finance & (2) Supply Chain Management. They will support the implementation of D365 as part of a global ERP transformation programme. Working closely with Supply Chain, Sourcing and Operations teams, you will provide specialist expertise across Finance, Warehouse Management and Supply Chain processes, ensuring successful deployment and adoption within the German business.
Both roles are full-time contracts for an initial 3-month period, with an immediate start required in August 2026.
Responsibilities for Supply Chain Management consultant:

Support the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM across the German Supply Chain function.

Configure and enhance Advanced Warehouse Management (AWMS), Quality Orders and related operational processes.

Partner with Supply Chain, Warehouse and Operations teams to translate business requirements into effective D365 solutions.

Support system testing, validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and successful system deployment.

Deliver hands-on user support, training and knowledge transfer throughout implementation and hypercare.

Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes, system functionality and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with the Global ERP project team to deliver project milestones and implementation objectives.

Maintain accurate project documentation and proactively manage project risks and issues.
Responsibilities for Finance Consultant
- Support the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules across the German business.

Configure and enhance Finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets.

Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective D365 solutions and process improvements.

Support system testing, validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementation.

Ensure compliance with German tax legislation, including VAT (USt), DATEV integration and statutory reporting requirements.

Work closely with Finance teams to validate financial processes and regulatory compliance throughout implementation.

Provide hands-on user support, training and knowledge transfer during implementation and hypercare.

Collaborate with the Global ERP project team to deliver implementation milestones and project objectives.

Maintain accurate project documentation and monitor implementation progress.

Proactively identify, manage and escalate project risks, issues and opportunities for system optimisation.
Requirements
Supply Chain Management Consultant:
- Significant experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 within Finance & Supply Chain.
- Strong expertise in Advanced Warehouse Management (AWMS).
- Experience configuring and supporting Quality Orders.
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written at no less than C1 level).
- Strong understanding of warehouse, logistics and supply chain operations.
- Experience supporting ERP implementation projects within manufacturing or FMCG environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Finance Consultant

Strong experience across D365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets).
- Proven experience implementing German Finance localisation including VAT/USt reporting, DATEV integration and statutory reporting.
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written at no less than C1 level).
- Strong understanding of finance processes and ERP implementations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
