earliest possible date:
W2 Professorship (m/f/d) in Business
Psychology

- Sound scientific knowledge in the respective field, especially in the context of
production management and logistics
- Outstanding scientific and teaching qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and experience regarding the concepts and methods of
business psychology
- Several years of (preferably international) professional experience with a focus on
analyzing transformation processes and their impact on people and companies
- A particular focus on transformation processes in consumption, work, and
digitalization
- A well-defined research profile, enabling cooperative research projects
- Strong language skills in German and English
- Additional language skills in French and/or another
world language are an advantage, as is proof of international
contacts and experience
Your profile
- Teaching relevant courses in the Business Psychology degree program, as well as
in the areas of marketing and/or human resources
- Active participation in teaching the basics
- Dedicated participation in furthering the faculty and the university
- Organizational and academic responsibility for establishing the Business
Psychology program
- Willingness to cooperate and work in an interdisciplinary manner across different
fields of study
- Representing your subject area in teaching, research and academic development
- Offering English-language lectures
- On-site presence at the university in order to provide optimal support for students
