We are looking for a Subcontractor Sourcing Specialist to strengthen our team in Germany with a strong international perspective. This role is ideal for someone who understands both German and cross-border transport markets — particularly France and Central/Eastern Europe (e.g., Poland).

Lead negotiation and implementation of transport contracts

Manage subcontractor audits, RFIs and RFPs in line with procurement procedures

Ensure compliance with supplier, legal, and CSR standards

Monitor contract execution, identifying and mitigating procurement-related risks

Build and maintain strong relationships with key transport suppliers

Act as a proactive partner to stakeholders, challenging needs and proposing innovative solutions

Maintain and update supplier data and procurement activities in internal systems

Contribute to category procurement strategies

Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and monitoring at both national and international levels

Provide functional leadership within procurement activities

Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain

Proven experience in subcontractor management within road transport

Solid understanding of transport operations (preferred)

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to manage risks and drive performance

Experience working in a European/multicultural environment
