DearHiringManager.io is a Karhuno Group product. The idea is simple: a user pastes a job post URL and gets back the likely hiring manager, their work email, and LinkedIn profile.
The product is live. We have real users. Now we need someone to help us make it better.
What you will work on
- Job post parsing and company data pipelines
- Logic for identifying hiring managers from unstructured data
- Contact enrichment API integrations
- AI prompt design and structured output handling
- Auth, credits, payment flows, saved results
- Bug fixes and general product reliability
What we are looking for
- JavaScript or TypeScript, solid
- React or Next.js on the frontend
- Backend API work and database experience
- Comfortable integrating third-party APIs
- You have shipped something. Ideally a SaaS product or a tool people actually use.
Nice to have
- OpenAI or other LLM API experience
- Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, or Resend
- Scraping, enrichment tools, or anything recruiting/HR-adjacent
- Early-stage SaaS background

Pay: 49.342,36€ - 90.330,81€ per year
