As Manager Corporate Development, you report to the VP Strategy and M&A and work closely with senior management and relevant specialist departments. You support the development and implementation of our corporate and business strategies, contribute to M&A activities, and drive strategic projects with global reach.
Your Tasks.
You work on strategic projects to further develop the company in an international environment
You support M&A activities end to end — from identifying potential targets through deal execution to integration
You develop planning models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support decision-making
You prepare financial and strategic analyses and derive well-founded recommendations for action
You support the development of new business models and identify growth opportunities
You analyze market, competitive, and KPI data and conduct benchmarks
You contribute to the optimization of structures, governance, and management processes
You manage sub-projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
Your Profile.
You have multiple years of relevant professional experience, e.g. in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or comparable fields
Ideally, you have already worked on M&A or strategy projects
You bring a strong business and financial understanding as well as excellent analytical skills, ideally in an international corporate context
You work in a structured manner, think holistically, and are able to clearly prepare complex topics
You have experience in creating models, analyses, and decision documents
You communicate confidently with various stakeholders and present reliably at top management or committee level
You hold a university degree in business administration, economics, finance, engineering, or a comparable field
You speak fluent English (business level), and ideally German
