As Adtraction Germany continues to grow, we're looking for an Account Manager to join our E-Commerce team in Berlin.
In this role, you'll work closely with a portfolio of brands, helping them grow through strategic partnerships and strong relationship management. You'll identify opportunities, challenge ideas, and work with clients and partners to create long-term success.

As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of advertisers and act as their main point of contact at Adtraction.
You'll work closely with clients to understand their business goals, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies that help them achieve better results. At the same time, you'll collaborate with partners and internal teams to ensure campaigns, partnerships, and initiatives are executed successfully.
No two days are exactly the same. One day you might be discussing growth opportunities with a client, the next you're activating a new partner, analysing performance, or working on a strategic recommendation.
Managing and developing a portfolio of advertiser accounts
Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor
Identifying growth opportunities and recommending new initiatives
Expanding existing partnerships and activating new ones
Preparing and leading performance reviews and client meetings
Supporting clients with strategic planning and partner marketing activities
Working with internal teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns and projects
Upselling relevant Adtraction solutions and opportunities where appropriate
2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Digital Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or a similar role
Experience managing client relationships and multiple priorities
Strong communication skills in both German and English
A structured and proactive way of working
Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities
A willingness to learn and develop within a fast-moving industry
