You sit at the intersection of AI proficiency and great teaching. You don't just know how to use AI tools — you understand how an asset manager's week actually unfolds, what a property manager keeps in their head versus their inbox, and where finance and ESG reporting genuinely lose hours. You build training that lands because it's grounded in those realities.
Training at Aroundtown is organised around roles and the workflows that define them, not around tools in isolation. A session for asset managers is built around portfolio performance reviews, business plan updates, and disposal analysis — the AI tools are how those workflows get faster, not the subject of the session. The same logic applies to property management, leasing, finance and controlling, and ESG reporting. People should leave a session and use what they learned in the work that's already on their plate.
This is not a content-creation role in isolation. You'll be in the room — virtual or physical — reading the audience, adapting on the fly, and making sure people leave with skills they'll actually use on Monday morning.
