At NEURA Robotics, we build intelligent robots that support and relieve humans. Our People & Culture team should work the same way: intelligent, automated, data-driven. Right now, too much of our work is still manual, too email-heavy, too based on gut feeling. That frustrates us—and that’s exactly why we’re creating this role.
You will help us build our People Tech stack. You will automate processes no one wants to handle manually anymore. You will build dashboards people actually use. No corporate HR. No ticket systems. No “we’ve always done it this way.” Real ownership, real speed, real impact.

We’re not looking for a profile that already exists on the market. We’re looking for people who come from one direction and are eager to learn the other two. What you should bring:
Automation is your craft. You’ve built real workflows running in production—not just followed tutorials—using no-code, low-code, or coding tools.
You think in systems, not features. You ask “why” before “how.” You build things that scale, not things that just work for today.
You enjoy working with data. You can build a data model and develop dashboards people actually want to use—and you understand that a dashboard is only as good as the data behind it.
You’ve used AI in production—not just in experiments, but in real processes—with structured outputs and measurable results.
You deliver. No endless conceptualizing, no perfectionism that blocks progress. You launch and improve iteratively.
HR context is a nice-to-have, not a must. If you come from RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or another ops field and want to transform HR—perfect. We’ll teach you the rest.
Fluent in German and English.
