Lead Designer guides studio production while working directly with international brand managers and/or project managers to create digital designs for innovation, marketing, and pre-production. Is responsible for tracking time, understanding the needs of the requestor, is able confidently express their expertise, and delivering works that suit the intended purpose. Has demonstrated a keen aesthetic eye and ability to understand complex task and monitors team performance and supports the team leaders in developing other designers. Lead process improvement initiatives, supports the team in various tasks, such as overseeing onboarding and development.

Create and edit master and pre-production digital content (e.g., images, illustrations or layouts) to achieve highest quality outputs using the appropriate tools. Leads complex projects with multiple designers and/or stakeholders

Localize and adapt already existing digital assets for preproduction, product mockups, marketing purposes and various corporate needs while Identifying potential for further design work or services

Works directly with cluster lead and/or principle designer to develop and maintaining studio vision and creative direction

Lead the product packaging and project design process working directly with other designers to meet stakeholders needs and supporting the team with regular communications, briefings, and feedback sessions

Manage time and priorities appropriately, approach work in an organized and systematic manner. Ensure designs and delivery follow internal processes and are compliant with BU/brand guidelines and identity standards

Define and maintain the onboarding process, project pipeline, knowledge sharing libraries and facilitate best practices and constructive critiques. Monitor designers and ensure designs and communications follow defined processes and best practices and cost/time estimates are accurate and tracked

Expert mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma

7+ years of professional creative graphic design experience

Deep technical expertise in print production & prepress standards and graphic desgin for online use

Proven capability in project management

Exceptional eye for quality control (QC), brand governance, typography, and visual consistency across global multi-channel campaigns

Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

Fluent English skills (written and spoken) suitable for working within an international, cross-location team environment
