Your mission:
As a working student Client Ambassador & Host you maintain and promote the highest standard through extensive product knowledge and brand expertise to deliver a A-class Client experience, with a Client centric mindset, striving to meet the Moët & Chandon Bar ambition.
Your responsibilities:
- You are the face and brand ambassador of the new Moët & Chandon Bar and Veuve Clicquot Bar in KaDeWe - the first and last impression. You enjoy conveying the stories of Maison Moët & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot, captivating customers with the brand.
- You greet customers warmly and personally, in a way that inspires them to return.
- Recruit, develop, and retain customers to support our sales targets.
- You advise, prepare, and serve drinks and accompanying food according to the customers' wishes, always offering a polished service of the highest standard.
- You demonstrate product knowledge in all categories and are aware of current advertising and marketing campaigns, new product launches, and special promotions.
- Maintain the highest standards in hospitality and retail.
- You work responsibly and solution-oriented for the benefit of the customer and the company.
- You follow all company management systems, safety and security guidelines, and inventory management policies to minimize risks.
- You enjoy maintaining a positive and respectful working relationship to support the team and achieve common goals.
