In this role, you will report to the General Manager of Atlas Copco Tools Central Europe.
The Business Line Manager CPI Central Europe holds the position of legal General Manager (Geschäftsführer) of the legal entity Desoutter GmbH.
Your mission will be to grow the Desoutter ecosystem across the five Central European markets, strengthen our core business and global accounts, and turn market opportunities into sustainable, profitable growth.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Own revenue, profitability, market share and P&L performance
- Lead, coach and inspire a team of more than 30 people
- Launch new connected products and unlock their full market potential
- Develop team capabilities and support people growth
- Drive sales digitalization and use Salesforce to improve focus, transparency and performance
- Make customer satisfaction a key driver of business success
- Manage key accounts and coordinate international projects
- Build market intelligence and translate insights into business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with our Business Code of Conduct, HR policies, and Safety, Health and Environmental standards
