We are currently seeking to hire a highly motivated and dedicated
Junior Business Intelligence Analyst (all genders)
Fulltime and permanent
into our Global FP&A team based at our Headquarters in Hamburg, Germany.
This is a key position within our Global FP&A organization, reporting to the Senior Vice President Global FP&A. The position is responsible for supporting global FP&A activities for Evotec Group, including, but not limited to, the global budgeting process and mid-range planning, maintenance of the financial data model, creation and maintenance of PowerBI reporting, and the global internal reporting framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the enhancement of Evotec’s analysis and reporting tools
Write new / enhance existing reporting
Prepare monthly FP&A Reporting, including key figures and variance analyses
Assist in the reconciliation of management vs financial reporting
Own the master data maintenance for finance data
Support forecasting and budgeting
Execute key SOX controls within the FP&A and Controlling area
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and project work
Support in year-end closing procedures
Ideal Qualifications:
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Informatics, or equivalent
Initial practical working experience within either FP&A, Controlling, BI, or IT
Openness to working in an international environment
Basic knowledge of Finance
Experience in coding a plus
Experience with data visualization tools and planning and reporting tools a plus
Business fluent in English, German a plus, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
