Join our growing team in Bonn as Project Manager AI Transformation (d/f/m). In this role, you will help shape AI projects from problem framing to implementation by translating business needs into structured workplans and steering delivery together with D&A’s technical experts. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with client needs and create tangible business value.
What you will do:
- Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and help structure complex business challenges into clear AI and data project opportunities.
- Frame the right problems to solve, translate business needs into actionable project setups, and define use cases with technical teams.
- Steer AI projects from scoping to implementation, aligning stakeholders, workstreams, timelines, and delivery priorities.
- Guide technical experts throughout project execution by providing structure, prioritization, and business context.
- Support implementation and adoption through clear stakeholder communication, rollout planning, and compelling project narratives.
- Contribute to internal standards, templates, and playbooks that strengthen the quality and scalability of AI delivery.
- Support broader transformation assignments, including board preparation, communication narratives, and steering materials for senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to the company’s growth by driving internal initiatives and supporting recruiting efforts.
What you bring:
- You bring a strong academic and professional background.
- You demonstrate excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in management consulting or a similarly project-based strategic role.
- You have gained experience in managing project modules or end-to-end projects.
- You are confident working with technical experts and providing structure and direction without needing to be the deepest technical specialist.
- You have a strong interest in AI and data topics and the ability to quickly build depth in unfamiliar subject areas.
- You are proactive, take ownership, and thrive in dynamic, fast-evolving environments.
- You are an open-minded team player with a collaborative working style.
- You are fluent in English; international experience gained through work or studies is a plus.
