The Imtron After Sales Team develops and oversees product-related service concepts for our own-brand products across all MediaMarktSaturn countries. We calculate service costs per SKU, manage service providers partners for central and on-site repairs, process service credit notes to the countries and run the spare-parts and accessories business — all to drive customer satisfaction and strengthen trust in our brands while meeting sustainability and cost targets.
