In this role, you will combine strategic direction with hands-on execution—globally, data-driven, and close to the business. You will be reporting into the Senior Director for Talent, Leadership & Learning.
You shape and continuously evolve our global employer branding strategy—target group–focused, data-driven, and future-oriented
You create and orchestrate international campaigns in close collaboration with Marketing and our in-house Content Factory (video, photo, templates)
You coordinate the implementation and execution with our local talent acquisition teams
You ensure a consistent and compelling employer brand experience across all channels
You develop creative formats for social media, campaigns, and funnel-based talent attraction
You build scalable social media structures for recruiting and employer branding together with Marketing
You optimize our presence on key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
You bring in and explore emerging trends and leverage formats such as video-first recruiting, performance advertising, and AI-driven content
You develop and manage global recruiting dashboards (Workday, Google Analytics, Assessment tools, etc.)
You analyze KPIs across the full candidate journey
You derive actionable insights to improve efficiency, quality, and performance in recruiting
You drive topics such as attribution, conversion optimization, and data-driven budget allocation
You establish and maintain the global procurement and management of job advertising solutions
You act as the central interface for external partners (e.g., job boards, programmatic providers)
You optimize reach, cost efficiency, and performance of job postings
You act as global administrator for Workday Recruiting (configuration, templates, integrations)
You ensure seamless integration with external job posting tools
You explore, design and drive automation, AI use cases, and innovative recruiting technologies
You define and implement global recruiting standards, tools, and quality measures
You enable a harmonized candidate experience across career sites and landing pages
You empower local teams in 23 countries through guidelines, training, and best-practice sharing
You develop innovative approaches for proactive talent sourcing and talent pools
You rethink recruiting based on modern principles such as candidate journey design, community building, and data-driven targeting
You drive future-oriented topics such as skill-based recruiting, predictive analytics, and AI-powered sourcing
Several years of experience in Marketing, Talent Acquisition, or Employer Branding
A higher education degree or equivalent qualification in HR, Marketing or related areas
Strong combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Experience with (recruiting) analytics, Workday (or comparable ATS), and digital marketing tools
Solid understanding of performance marketing, campaign management, and social media trends
Proven ability to collaborate across functions (HR, Marketing, Communication) and country operations
International mindset and excellent English skills (C1) and fluent in German language
