The international dance and theatre company Constanza Macras / Dorky Park, based in Berlin, is looking for a part-time freelance Digitalisation Project Manager / Resilience Dispatcher (m/f/d). The position is available from 3 August 2026 and is offered for a fixed project period of five months.
This position comes as part of the Culture Senate Digitalisation project. Working closely with the artistic direction and production office, you will identify the organisation’s needs and consult with individual departments to understand and coordinate their specific requirements.
Your tasks
– Manage and maintain the company’s digital file storage, archive, and inventory systems, ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of digital assets.
– Digitalise and optimise administrative processes (e.g. e-invoicing, digital filing, and digital archiving).
– Assess the company’s digital infrastructure and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement practical digital solutions.
– Research, recommend, implement, and maintain digital tools and software tailored to the company’s needs.
– Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, user accounts, backups, permissions, and basic digital security practices, coordinating with external IT providers when necessary.
– Maintain, optimise, and regularly update the company’s website, ensuring functionality, accessibility, and up-to-date content.
– Develop internal guidelines and documentation for digital workflows and software use and train colleagues in the effective use of digital tools.
– Support the digitisation of productions and contribute to the development of digital presentation, documentation, and audience engagement formats.
– Document, evaluate, and continuously improve internal business processes.
– Ensure compliance with data protection, digital accessibility, and good digital archiving practices.
Your profile
– Interest and knowledge on digitalisation and archiving processes.– Extensive industry knowledge, strong project management skills and a forward-looking mind.
– Work experience in a cultural context, preferably in the field of contemporary dance / performance / theatre.
– Business fluent in English. Written and spoken German B2 level is a plus.
– Good knowledge of both artistic and accounting/commercial processes.
