As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You assume overall responsibility for the Payment Competence Center, including leadership, budget ownership, and strategic direction.
- You are accountable for the end‑to‑end operation of the DKV Card authorization system, including vendor management.
- You ensure a highly available and stable card operation across all acceptance points as well as in App&Go.
- You strategically develop the DKV Scheme and manage its rollout across Europe.
- You are responsible for the expansion of DKV card acceptance, including chip card upgrades and the onboarding of new partners.
- You hold central responsibility for provider and partner management, including escalation management.
- You manage the technical enablement of new and existing acceptance partners across Europe.
- You continuously optimize rollout and enablement processes, with a strong focus on scalability and time‑to‑market.
- You initiate and lead strategic payment initiatives and projects across the organization.
- You contribute your payment expertise as a strategic capability across all DKV business units.
