Your responsibilities
Independent management and development of existing customers, as well as activeacquisition of new customers in the fields of endoscopy, respiratory care, andreprocessing within the specified sales territory
Successfully conducting sales negotiations and consistently implementing thedefined sales strategy
Full sales responsibility for the portfolio and territory
Achieving planned sales and revenue targets
Conducting product and system presentations in endoscopy and bronchoscopydepartments
Regular competitor monitoring and analysis to identify market opportunities
Participation in trade fairs, congresses, and workshops
Active participation in or management of continuing education programs for medicalsupport staff
Your qualification
A commercial, healthcare, or medical qualification, or equivalent professionalexperience
Previous sales experience within the hospital, healthcare, or medical technologysector, with a passion for delivering value to customers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engagea wide range of stakeholders
A structured and organized approach, enabling you to effectively manage a diverseterritory and customer portfolio
Strategic thinking and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a strong focus on finding solutions andachieving results
Strong digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or otherbusiness systems
- A collaborative approach, thriving as part of a high-performing team while workingindependently in the field
Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory
