We are looking for a Regional Recruiter for DSC Europe & MEA. In this position you will play a crucial role in leading recruitment activities for DHL Supply Chain Europe & MEA Regional Head Office, working hand-in-hand with business leaders, senior stakeholders across the region to successfully drive recruitment process. You'll recruit passionate professionals across functions helping to shape the future of our organization.

Find and attract best talent for high-impact roles across our Regional Head office Europe & MEA.

Own the full recruitment journey from sourcing strategy to Employer Branding Initiatives to successful offer

Act as a trusted advisor on recruiting practices and hiring decisions

Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our people-first culture.

Leverage Corporate AI tools and data-driven recruiting approaches to drive better hiring outcomes.

Drive Regional Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives in alignment with our local Recruiting Centers

Continuously challenge existing practices and introduce fresh, innovative recruitment ideas.
Now, here’s what we need from you:
-
3+ years of experience in recruiting across different functions, including senior leadership roles.
- Strong direct sourcing expertise, with a proven ability to identify, engage, attract passive candidates, and manage talent pipelines

Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interview evaluation, and offer management.

Practical experience in ATS & CRM tools

Proven ability to manage recruitment projects with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships and influence senior leaders.

English fluency at a business level
