Your Responsibilities

As an experienced "Software-Architect (m/f/d)" you are responsible for the solution and integration architecture as well as for the technologies used by DocuWare.

You will be responsible for designing the architecture roadmap - providing authoritative support for the architecture changes required for the DevOps transition.
In addition, your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining architecture and technology documentation.
You will be responsible for performing technology analysis and making decisions on the use of new technologies and integration scenarios.
Consulting and supporting the development teams in analyzing business requirements and technology selection is also part of your activities.
You are a support in the development of solution concepts and take responsibility for the overall architecture of the DocuWare Cloud.
You are responsible for the development of prototypes.

What you need to succeed

You have a strong knowledge of software development practices and software architecture design processes and demonstrate a good understanding of web and cloud technologies.
You want to drive the development of a microservice architecture.
You have experience in leading software development projects - development using cutting-edge technologies and ideally have knowledge of container technologies.
You have already been able to gain experience with DevOps.
You have a degree in computer science, software engineering or a comparable qualification.
Your German and English skills are very good, both written and spoken.
You are an organizational talent, as well as you excel in communication and presentation skills.
You have analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high degree of social competence and the ability to work in a team.
