For our European Business Group, we are looking for an Injection Molding Engineer (m/f/d) in our Frankfurt office to strengthen our team as soon as possible:
Injection Molding Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Preparation of samples and material pre-drying for injection molding experiment
Checking the connected line (Air, Electricity, Water) for injection molding experiment
Execution of injection molding experiment for various material (e.g. ABS, PO, EP)
Responsible processing of test requests in the laboratory
Operation of injection molding machine & data evaluation and data backup
Maintenance of injection molding machine for use at all time
Documentation of test results in German and English
Participation in the optimization and improvement of workflows in the laboratory
Participation in global, multidisciplinary project meetings
Experience Requirements / Competencies:
Successfully completed training as an injection molding assistant or Polymer processing (Ausbildung Kunststofftechnik or comparable)
Working experience at injection molding company or Mold maker will treat preferentially
Practical and theoretical knowledge in injection molding process & Mold design
Enjoyment of technology as well as commitment and creativity
Ability to work in a team as a communicative and engaging personality who carries out their tasks with great commitment, enthusiasm and vision
Good MS Office skills as well as written and spoken English and German
