At ansvar2030, we bring together what belongs together: economic development and climate protection. We help cities, municipalities, entrepreneurs, and citizens not only to become more sustainable, but also more independent and economically stronger. Together with local people, we develop projects that create long-term added value.
Climate protection that pays off—that is our approach.
Do you want to do more than just manage projects? Do you want to shape, move, and create real added value? Then apply to join us and become part of our young and energetic team.
Technical design, planning and monitoring of generation and storage systems:
Ground-mounted photovoltaic systems (AC/DC)
Battery storage systems (BESS)
Wind turbines (MS/NS connection, protection concepts)
Charging parks / charging infrastructure (AC/DC, backend connection)
Creation of circuit diagrams, cable calculations, circuit diagrams and site plans
Support with grid inquiries and grid connection planning (VNB/ÜNB)
Participation in technical tender documents, specifications and bid evaluations
Coordination with general contractors, network operators, planners and authorities
Professional support for the project teams with technical questions, variant comparisons and implementation concepts
Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy technology or training as a master technician in electrical engineering with relevant planning experience
Experience in the electrical planning of renewable energy systems, preferably in PV, storage, wind or charging infrastructure
Confident handling of CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, EPLAN), MS Office and the basics of VDE standards, TAB, grid connection guidelines
Knowledge of protection technology, feed-in systems, MV/LV connection and grid compatibility
Structured, solution-oriented way of working with responsibility for technical quality
Very good written and spoken German
Optional: willingness to travel for occasional on-site appointments
Ideally: Location in Bremen, Lower Saxony or NRW - but not a must for freelance work
Technically versatile projects with added social value - from solar parks to hybrid solutions
The possibility of freelance work (freelance) or permanent employment
Cooperation at eye level with an interdisciplinary team
Clear area of responsibility without rigid bureaucracy
Flexible time management and home office-first approach
Development opportunities - e.g. towards specialist coordination, tendering, quality assurance
Imagine...
...you have coordinated the grid connection point, optimized a storage layout, and successfully planned the protection concept with the grid operator—and now a wind or solar project with a storage solution is being built on the site.
You can say: I helped plan this energy plant.
You don't meet all the requirements, but you have ambition, team spirit, and a willingness to learn?
Then don't hesitate—for us, potential counts more than perfection!
