Your responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join the Endotherapy portfolio covering Frankfurt am Main, Wiesbaden, Mainz, and Gießen region.
Your Responsibilities:
Independent management of existing customers as well as acquisition of new customers in the field of consumables/endotherapy within the Frankfurt am Main, Wiesbaden, Mainz, and Gießen region.
Confidently conducting sales negotiations and implementing the sales strategy
Full responsibility for sales revenue within the assigned territory
Achieving sales targets according to plan
Conducting product presentations in endoscopy and bronchoscopy departments
Monitoring and analyzing market competition
Participation in trade fairs, congresses, and workshops
Active participation in and/or leadership of training courses for assisting medical staff
Your qualification
- 2-3 years of sales experience in a hospital environment is an advantage but not essential
- Confident handling of MS Office applications and good IT affinity
- Good organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and convincing appearance
- Conceptual and strategic thinking
- Ability for self-motivation
- Team player
- High commitment and willingness to travel
- Good knowledge of English
