Deine Aufgaben:
- Umsetzung des monatlichen Forecasts in Bestellungen
- Pflege sowie Ausbau der Zusammenarbeit mit bestehenden und neuen Lieferanten
- Beobachtung relevanter Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsmärkte in der zugeordneten Region
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios der betreuten Lieferanten
- Mitwirkung bei Produktstudien zur Vorbereitung der Einführung neuer Produkte
- Überwachung der Verfügbarkeit kritischer Produkte
- Mitarbeit bei der Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung von Einkaufsprozessen und Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs)
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von ERP- und Warenwirtschaftssystemen (z. B. MS NAV) im Einkaufsumfeld
- Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Einkaufs- und Systemprozesse
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Chemie oder Pharma
- Erste Kenntnisse des Pharma-Marktes, insbesondere im Bereich Re-Importe und Importe, sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie erste Erfahrungen mit Warenwirtschafts- bzw. ERP-Systemen (z. B. MS NAV)
- Grundverständnis für strukturierte Einkaufsprozesse; Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Prozessen oder SOPs ist von Vorteil
- Interesse an Prozess- und Systemthemen sowie Bereitschaft, sich in ERP-Optimierungen einzuarbeiten
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Zuverlässigkeit
- Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein souveränes Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
