As part of the continued growth of our logistics activities in Europe, we are looking for a Solution Design Manager (M/F/D) based in Dorsten, Germany.
This role is ideal for a supply chain and logistics professional who is passionate about developing innovative and efficient logistics solutions for customers. As part of our European Business Development and Solutions Design team, you will play a key role in translating customer requirements into competitive and operationally robust logistics solutions.
Working closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, IT, and HR teams, you will support business growth by designing customized warehouse and transport solutions that deliver operational excellence and long-term value for our customers.

Support the design and development of logistics and supply chain solutions for new and existing customers

Prepare pricing models, business cases, and technical proposal documents

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

3-5 years of experience in logistics engineering, supply chain design, solution design, or a comparable role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe

Experience in warehouse and transport solution design

Knowledge of supply chain modelling and optimization techniques

Experience in preparing customer proposals, RFQs, and business cases

Familiarity with WMS, TMS, automation solutions, and warehouse technologies

German language skills are an advantage
