Collaborate on global talent attraction, culture, and communication projects across external talent marketing, career channels, internal engagement, academic relations, and AI-driven initiatives.

Create and manage engaging content for global communication channels, including social media, employer branding campaigns, culture storytelling, and employee advocacy initiatives.

Support international university partnerships and events while contributing to activities that connect talent, culture, and the Henkel employee experience.
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, trend monitoring, and analyses of talent and culture trends, identifying opportunities to apply AI and innovation to attract and engage talent more effectively.
- Student in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (final Bachelor year or currently enrolled in a Master’s program)
- First corporate experience through internships or working student roles

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
