The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Berlitz, you will own hiring across multiple business areas - and you will do it with real autonomy. You won't be handed a playbook; you will help write it. From designing the candidate experience to choosing the right channels and building a healthy pipeline, this is a role for someone who takes ownership and loves the craft of great hiring.
We're building a lot from scratch right now - our processes, our tooling, our candidate journey. This is one of the most exciting things about joining us at this moment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own end-to-end recruitment across your assigned departments and locations - from intake session to signed offer
- Partner closely with hiring managers: challenge briefs, advise on profiles, coach on interview best practices and bring your market knowledge to the table
- Source proactively and creatively - go beyond the inbound funnel and build targeted pipelines before roles go live
- Design and improve hiring processes, scorecards and candidate journeys that are both high-quality and scalable
- Help set up and optimise ATS workflows, automations and sourcing tools to keep your pipeline clean and your time well spent
- Deliver a consistently excellent candidate experience - from first touchpoint to close
- Track and share data on pipeline health, conversion rates and time-to-hire to drive continuous improvement
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience across a variety of roles and functions
- A genuine bias for action in sourcing - you don't wait for applications, you go and find the right people
- Strong stakeholder management skills: you listen well, push back thoughtfully, and build trust fast
- Process-oriented mindset - you keep your pipeline and candidate journey clean even under pressure
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools; you know how to set them up, not just use them
- Builder Mentality: you are comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast without losing quality
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
