As a Manager, you take full ownership of project delivery, client relationships, and the growth of your team; serving as the connective force between strategic thinking and measurable outcomes.
Lead Projects End-to-End: Structure and manage medium-to-large transformation engagements across verticals, guiding teams through the critical path, addressing risks proactively, and being accountable for delivery quality and overall client satisfaction
Act as a Trusted Client Advisor: Independently challenge and validate client issues at senior stakeholder level, drive complex stakeholder situations with confidence, and build the kind of relationships that make clients come back
Develop and Coach Your Team: Build effective project teams, create a motivating and inclusive work environment, actively coach junior colleagues, and take real responsibility for their development curve
Drive Business Development: Strengthen and expand your professional network, actively identify opportunities for Eidra to present its offerings, contribute to sales processes, and secure account continuity — business development is a core part of the Manager role at Eidra, not an afterthought
Shape Eidra from the Inside: Lead internal development initiatives, contribute to value offering development with an entrepreneurial mindset, and help strengthen Eidra's market position and competitiveness
Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
5–8 years of relevant experience in management consulting or in a strategic role with direct exposure to complex, cross-functional transformation projects
Proven track record of leading project teams and managing senior client relationships — with real ownership over delivery quality and client outcomes
Strong understanding of AI and its business applications — you can articulate where technology creates value and guide clients through what's feasible and impactful
Structured thinker and compelling communicator — you adapt your style from project team to C-suite without losing clarity or conviction
A natural team leader: you coach proactively, manage team wellbeing, know when to delegate, and have a genuine impact on the people you work with
Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
