As an International Sales Representative (m/f/d) – Agrochemical, you will play a key role in expanding our Agrochemical business across the European market and actively strengthen our international customer relationships.
Your Role
- Observing and analysing the market to identify profitable projects and new business opportunities in the agrochemical industry is part of your daily job
- You undertake the presentation of the company, together with the active sales of our chemical raw materials and related services
- Moreover, you are responsible for the independent preparation of quotations for your customers and the coordination of order processing
- You are also responsible for identifying market trends and developing new solutions in cooperation with our product development and sourcing departments
- You participate in international trade fairs and actively support our presence at exhibitions and customer events
- You coordinate business relationships and projects with our headquarters in China
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Agriculture, Chemistry, or a comparable qualification.
- Native-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages: German, Spanish, French, or Italian.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Initial experience in international sales, preferably in a B2B environment within the Agrochemical, Chemical, Agricultural, or related industries.
- Confident user of MS Office; experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Willingness to travel across Europe and enthusiasm for working in an international environment.
