De Lange Muur B.V. is a Chinese restaurant in Sleeuwijk known for its traditional dishes combined with local flavors. The restaurant offers both dine-in and takeaway and focuses on quality, efficiency, and hospitality.
Position: Independent working cook I
Responsibilities:
- preparing ingredients independently;
- application of basic cooking techniques;
- providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods;
- responsible for inventory and order management;
- technically supervising assistant(s).
Job requirements:
- MBO 3 working and thinking level;
- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques;
Salary and basic conditions
Salary: €2,510 – €3,050 gross per month (depending on experience)
In accordance with the Hospitality CLA (Scale 5, with possible adjustments)
Meals during working hours
Travel allowance (in consultation)
