Your Role
You will work directly alongside our Engineer to manage and scale native advertising campaigns for our clients. You own campaigns end-to-end - from setup and launch through iteration and reporting - and you bring enough technical curiosity to understand what is happening inside our proprietary tooling. This is a high-ownership role from day one.
What You'll Do
Performance Marketing - Primary Focus
- Set up, launch, and manage native advertising campaigns across Outbrain, Taboola, Mediago, and TripleLift
- Work daily inside 6H NativeScale - our proprietary native advertising platform - for budget steering, campaign monitoring, A/B testing, and performance reporting
- Analyze CTR, CPL, CVR, and ROAS data, identify optimization levers, and iterate on creatives, headlines, and advertorials to improve funnel performance
- Build and manage direct response funnels end-to-end: ad creative to advertorial to offer page
- Test new ad formats, targeting segments, and bidding strategies to expand reach and efficiency
- Communicate with our clients striving for the best performance and results
Technical Cross-Over - Secondary Focus
- Work closely with our Lead Engineer - understand how our ad delivery infrastructure works
- Pull and process campaign data via platform APIs and dashboards to support optimization decisions
- Contribute to QA of NativeScale features and flag issues or improvement opportunities based on hands-on usage
AI and Tooling - Required
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or equivalent) as a daily workflow layer - for copy iteration, data interpretation, briefing summaries, and competitive research
- Apply AI-assisted workflows to speed up headline testing, advertorial drafts, and reporting
- Stay current with performance marketing tooling and bring tested ideas to the team
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Business, Marketing, Communications, or related degree - final phase of studies
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience with projects you kicked-off yourself
- First hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Native) in a real context, not just coursework
- Working knowledge of direct response metrics: CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR, funnel drop-off analysis
- Comfortable with campaign dashboards, data exports, and picking up new tools quickly
- Strong written communication skills - you can write ad copy, briefings, and client-facing reports in clear English
- German: min. C1 | English: min. C1 (English is our company language)
- Bonus: prior exposure to native advertising, affiliate marketing, direct response, or funnel-building tools
