Job Description

You will work on innovative implementation and support projects related to SAP HCM PY (Payroll) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

You advise our clients on all technical and process-related aspects of payroll mapping and execution in SAP

You will either familiarize yourself with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or further deepen your existing knowledge and support clients in transforming their payroll processes to the cloud

There is no technological standstill or monotonous project work – instead, you will face continuously evolving topics and new challenges driven by changing client requirements

In selected projects, you will have the opportunity to take on (partial) project leadership responsibilities

An individual development plan as well as internal and external training opportunities will help you continuously expand your expertise in relevant technologies
Qualifications

Solid professional experience in SAP HCM, with a strong focus on Payroll
-
Very good knowledge of German payroll processes, including confident handling of schemas and rules in SAP HCM Payroll (PY)

Knowledge of Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is a plus
-
Experience in consulting or supporting payroll processes and their digitalization
-
A strong results- and customer-oriented mindset, combined with the motivation to help clients take their digitalization to the next level

Strong communication skills, team spirit and a high level of collegiality

Fluent German and good English skills
