Our TechLab supports customers and internal stakeholders in all technical questions related to BPM tools from the selection process over set-up to operations. It provides knowhow and services related to the deployment and integration of BPM tools and applications such as BPA, process mining tools, process governance tools, as well as reporting and analytics features.
To best support Business Transformation, you will be responsible to manage:
People: Project management (agile, waterfall), collaboration tools
Processes: BPM, BPA, robotics, workflow engines
Systems: SAP ECC and S/4 HANA (cloud and on premise)
Data: Data migration and cleansing tools
As a member of our TechLab, you will be involved in customer projects, internal projects and the fulfilment of managed service contracts:
Configuration of BPM tools (ARIS, Signavio, Celonis, and others)
Technical integration of collaboration and project management platforms (JIRA, Sharepoint, MS Project)
Design and implementation of workflows and robotics solutions
Specification and/or programming and scripting of reports, APIs and configuration of dashboards (e.g. ARIS Mashzone, SAP Analytics)
Conceptional and implementation support for LDAP integration and DB management with ORACLE and MS SQL, as well as MS office products
Conceptional and implementation support for SAP related integrations (SAP SolMan, SAP Cloud, hybrid solutions, SAP Ariba network …)
Coordination of external resources and near-shore developers
