We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst (Middle+ / Senior) for a dynamic European company building a cutting-edge marketplace platform. As the primary link between the external development team and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in transforming complex business requirements into well-defined, actionable tasks. You’ll be deeply involved in defining, documenting, and managing new feature requests, especially in the areas of:
- Multi-tenancy
- Service onboarding flows
- Gaia-X credentialing and metadata standards
- Reseller hierarchies and service configurations
Qualification
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or product-focused environment
Strong knowledge of marketplace platforms, especially B2B services
Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Ability to lead discussions and drive decisions across multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements
Translate business needs into clear specifications for development teams
Support ongoing feature development, ensuring alignment between product vision and execution
Work independently to drive clarity and direction in a complex, evolving environment
Coordinate with distributed development teams and track deliverables
Nice to have skills
Understanding of Gaia-X, verifiable credentials, or Data Spaces
Background in open-source platforms (e.g., Sellor, Magento)
Familiarity with cloud services, infrastructure, or European data compliance
Technical literacy: APIs, workflows, and software architecture basics
