We represent renowned international brands such as RADIO BIKES, éclat, KINK, CULT, BOMBTRACK, CINELLI, NINER, VAAST, TERAVAIL and RESTRAP. Our passion for bicycles is our creative driving force. As an international and highly motivated team, we value quick decision-making, reliability and personal responsibility and are looking for you to join our team to support our sales department.
Your tasks
- Comprehensive order processing in cooperation with internal interfaces and monitoring of payment deadlines
- Internal and external sales
- Acquisition of new customers and support for existing customers
- Maintaining our customer network at home and abroad
- Quality assurance and optimisation of customer processes
Your profile
- Completed commercial training with relevant professional experience in the commercial sector
- Experienced handling of common MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and experience in working with ERP systems
- Business fluent German and very good English skills
- Responsible, independent and team-orientated working style
- Confident and friendly demeanour when dealing with customers and suppliers
- Ability to work under pressure, reliability, flexibility, commitment
- Enthusiasm for bicycles and bicycle technology
