Your Mission
Build and own a supply chain that runs without constant founder involvement.
You'll be responsible for:
- End-to-end supply chain operations.
- Inventory forecasting and stock planning.
- Supplier and factory management.
- Freight forwarding and logistics.
- Customs and import coordination.
- 3PL management.
- ERP and reporting.
- Cost optimisation and payment term negotiations.
- Building systems that scale as the company grows.

What We're Looking For
You have already managed supply chains at scale.
Ideally you have experience with:
- DTC or eCommerce brands.
- International logistics.
- China suppliers and manufacturers.
- Inventory planning and forecasting.
- Procurement and supplier negotiations.
- 3PL operations.
- ERP systems.
- Leading teams and building operational systems.
You're comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and taking responsibility.

Pay: 2.500,00€ - 6.500,00€ per month
