About us
We are a health and diagnostics company operating across three complementary entities within our holding group — united by a shared commitment to science-backed products, precision, and innovation.
Molecusan B.V. (Venlo, Netherlands) develops and markets premium dietary supplements sold direct-to-consumer and cooperating practitioners across Europe. Our flagship product, Liquid Spectrum, combines nine bioactive plant extracts in a unique, highly bioavailable formulation.
Molecusan Factory GmbH (Lage, Germany) is the group's in-house production facility, handling the full manufacturing process for dietary supplements — from formulation through to filling to fulfillment.
Cell Spectrum GmbH (Spalt, Germany) develops next-generation medical devices under the Cellspectrum Diagnostics brand. The company's portfolio includes innovative lateral flow tests developed in collaboration with leading scientists and laboratories.
All three companies are at an exciting stage of growth — and this role sits at the heart of it.
Objective of this position
Coordinate, optimize and accelerate all new product launch processes — from R&D concept to first customer order — including raw material sourcing, manufacturing coordination (Molecusan Factory GmbH and external CMOs), label approval, inventory build-up and regulatory notifications across all holding entities and target markets (EU, UK, CH, USA).
Act as the central operational interface between R&D, manufacturing and sales for dietary supplements (Molecusan B.V.) and lateral flow tests / medical devices (Cell Spectrum GmbH), ensuring every product launches on time, fully compliant and operationally ready.
For Molecusan Factory GmbH, additionally take co-responsibility for the end-to-end handling and development of contract manufacturing customers, including coordination of product development, manufacturing setup, regulatory compliance and operational implementation of toll manufacturing projects.
Tasks & Resposibilities
- Own and manage cross-functional product launch timelines from R&D handover to first customer order, ensuring all workstreams are on track and aligned.
- Source and purchase raw materials, including supplier selection and certification, ordering and ongoing supplier management; coordinate production scheduling directly with Molecusan Factory GmbH and external CMOs.
- Support contract manufacturing customers of Molecusan Factory GmbH by sourcing required raw materials, calculating prices and coordinating formulation reviews with external service providers.
- Create and manage compliant label content and artwork for all markets, commissioning external graphic designers and taking full ownership of accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Build initial inventory ahead of launch and handle all regulatory notifications and submissions for new products across all target markets (e.g. BVL in Germany, equivalent registrations in UK, CH and USA).
- Maintain and update the ERP system with relevant product data and inventory information; monitor minimum raw material stock levels for ongoing production and proactively trigger reorders before stock-outs occur.
- Act as the central interface between R&D, Production and Sales; proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks without waiting to be directed.
- Report proactively to the Director Operations on launch status, risks, KPIs and milestones; take full ownership of results and continuously push for faster, leaner and more reliable execution.
