In der Koenig & Bauer Industrial GmbH am Standort Würzburg suchen wir für unsere Abteilung Kaufmännischer Versand befristet im Rahmen der Mutterschutz- und Elternzeitvertretung eine: n Sachbearbeiter: in.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Organisation und Abfertigung abgehender Ersatzteil- und Servicelieferungen durch
KEP-Dienstleister sowie von nationalen und internationalen Komplettladungen
- Abwicklung des Versands innerhalb Deutschlands, in innereuropäische Länder und Drittländer
- Anfrage und Planung von Abholungen innerhalb Europas
- Termingerechte Erstellung von Transport- und Versandpapieren
- Bearbeitung der Reklamationen aufgrund von Transportschäden
- Prüfung von Frachtrechnungen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Versand/Transport von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Gefahrgut wünschenswert
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office und Google-Workspace
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
- Eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität
