Solutions Consultant to join our team and support the sales process with strong solution design, product storytelling, and market insight. In this role, you'll help shape how our solutions are positioned for prospects across
DACH and EMEA, with a particular focus on supporting
German-speaking opportunities while confidently presenting in English as well.
As a Solutions Consultant at Meltwater, you'll be a trusted partner to our Account Executives and cross-functional teams, helping translate customer needs into compelling product solutions. You'll work on qualified opportunities, build tailored demo environments, deliver impactful presentations, and guide prospects through trials and proof-of-concept activities. Your work will directly influence how customers understand the value of our platform and how effectively our teams bring complex solutions to life.

What You'll Do:
Support the sales process on qualified opportunities by partnering with Account Executives to define the right product solution for each prospect
Recommend and position solutions based on customer goals, business needs, and market context across DACH and EMEA
Build tailored demo environments and presentation materials that clearly showcase relevant workflows, use cases, and product value
Deliver engaging product demonstrations in German and English, adapting your message to different audiences, industries, and stakeholder groups
Lead or support proof-of-concept activities, trial processes, and other solution-focused pre-sales engagements
Translate complex product capabilities into clear, client-friendly narratives that connect technical functionality to business outcomes
Work within a shared team queue and manage priorities based on opportunity stage, language requirements, and team capacity
Collaborate closely with sales teams across markets, building strong relationships while operating effectively in a distributed global team
Bring structure and attention to detail to every stage of the pre-sales process, especially when supporting process-driven customer environments
Reuse, refine, and improve demos, assets, and workflows where possible so you can operate efficiently and at scale
Continuously build your knowledge of Meltwater products, competitive landscape, and emerging market themes to strengthen your recommendations
Contribute to a team-first culture by sharing best practices, supporting peers, and helping elevate the overall quality of solution consulting across the region
What You'll Bring:
2-3 years in a client-facing role (Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Implementation, or similar), ideally with exposure to the DACH market or DACH-based clients
Fluency in German and English, able to present, lead conversations, and build credibility with external stakeholders in both languages
Process-driven and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple workstreams in structured sales environments, with business acumen and adaptability across industries, customer types, and deal sizes
Strong communication and presentation skills — able to simplify complex concepts, tailor messaging to the audience, and tell a compelling story
Genuine interest in product, technology, and problem-solving to address customer needs, with a proactive and solutions-focused attitude
Comfortable in a sales-adjacent role focused on enabling solutions rather than owning the commercial close, working independently in a distributed team while building strong local relationships
Collaborative, curious, open to feedback, and willing to grow through structured onboarding and training
